How can I volunteer?

The IGA Carols by Candlelight for Variety relies on the generous support of our volunteers to help make this event a success. If you are interested in volunteering pre, during and/or post event please contact Carol Antram at Variety WA via This email address is being protected from spambots. What should I bring?

A number one pre requisite is plenty of Christmas cheer!

We encourage people to bring a picnic blanket, rugs, cushions or low /ground chairs along. Higher chairs will be required to be placed further back from the stage in designated areas. Remember to be sun safe and bring your sun hats and sunscreen!

We welcome people to bring their own food and non-alcoholic beverages, however there will be a large range of vendors to choose from starting from 1pm.

There are no ATM’s located at Langley Park, so we recommend you bring a small amount of cash as most vendors will not have EFTPOS facilities.

What shouldn’t I bring?

There are a number of items that patrons are not permitted to bring to the venue. These include and are not limited to alcohol, cigarettes, fireworks, sparklers and breakable drinking glasses or glass bottles.

The event is not licensed and as with general laws drinking in a public place is not legal. The IGA Carols by Candlelight for Variety is a family event and is smoke free.
